NEW SAFETY SIGNAGE FOR ROAD TRAINS

PRE-ORDER NOW FOR DELIVERY FROM SEPTEMBER

Starting 1 July 2024, Western Australia will be the first State to introduce new pictorial length signage on road trains, which aim to enhance road safety by providing a clearer visual of the length of the vehicle in front of them, before attempting to overtake.

The new signage are to be displayed on the rear of restricted access vehicles, including road trains and other heavy vehicles. 

The signs show the number of trailers and the total length of the vehicle, depicted with an equivalent number of car lengths.
